Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of employment law experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of employment law matters.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, discovery responses, and case files.
• Assist with employment-related claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, leave issues, and wrongful termination.
• Maintain and manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation schedules.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, client meetings, and other case-related activities.
• Review personnel and payroll records, and other employment-related documents.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, government agencies, and third parties.
• Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and exhibits for attorney review.
• Assist with court filings and document production.
• Ensure progress and records are accurate and organized.
