Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and file immigration petitions and applications (family-based, employment-based, naturalization, asylum).
• Collect, organize, and manage client documents and information.
• Conduct legal research on immigration-related matters.
• Maintain ongoing client communication regarding case progress and requirements.
• Update and manage case files systematically.
• Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents with precision.
• Support attorneys with additional tasks as needed.
