Job summary

One Park Financial is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to advance our marketing automation strategies and drive customer engagement through precise email campaigns. Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and bilingual English/Spanish support are essential.

You will manage Pardot, design email campaigns, optimize lead nurturing, and analyze performance to improve open and click-through rates.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is mandatory.
• Pardot administration and marketing automation experience.
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
• Salesforce CRM integration experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Pardot administration: manage and optimize Pardot instances and data integrity.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation and A/B testing.
• Design lead nurturing workflows and track progression through the buyer's journey.
• Create reports with KPIs and provide data-driven optimizations.
