Job summary

Concord Community Schools seeks an ELL Paraprofessional (bilingual preferred) to assist teachers and students with learning activities aligned to our educational program. You will support ENL instruction, work with students individually or in small groups, and help maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff, upholding confidentiality and school policies, and using computer and technology resources to enhance learning.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and students with learning activities.
• Supplement instruction to support student learning.
• Plan and instruct students individually or in small groups.
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, and lunches.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with students’ families.
• Perform non-instructional duties to support school operations.
• Adhere to school rules and confidentiality policies.
• Assist ENL teachers to meet language acquisition needs.
