Savista is seeking an Eligibility Service Coordinator in Hackensack, NJ. This full-time, non-exempt role involves coordinating patient scheduling and communication between patients and Eligibility Specialists to assist with Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and charity programs.

Schedule, document handling, and patient support are key aspects of the job. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a Schedule from Monday to Friday, with 8:00am–5:00pm hours and salary between $18.00 and $22.00

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 6 months+ experience in customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for financial assistance.
• Check-in patients and ensure required documents are ready.
• Answer calls, respond to voicemails, and guide next steps.
