You will lead a department, mentor staff, and collaborate with management to improve reimbursement processes and patient access to care. Strong bilingual communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required.
• Medical billing knowledge required.
• Knowledge of billing terminology preferred.
• Basic bookkeeping understanding is beneficial.
• Proficient with computers and office software.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for third-party reimbursement for programs.
• Register clients and manage payment and payer information.
• Assist with accurate insurance billing codes and documentation.
• Lead and train the Eligibility team across multiple clinics.
• Support new patient admissions and respond to inquiries.
