Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience in call center or customer service preferred but not required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from the general public and election workers.
• Provide information about voter eligibility and voting procedures.
• Help voters locate polling locations and route calls to staff.
• Identify and elevate priority issues and track call details.
