Job summary

Guadalupe Centers Charter Schools High School in Kansas City, MO seeks an ELD Paraprofessional to reinforce English language development and academics under certified teachers’ guidance. EL support, classroom collaboration, and data upkeep are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 60 college credits or Missouri ParaPro.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s in Education, TESOL, Linguistics.
• Evidence ofEL/ELL experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group instructional support for English Learners.
• Assist with language development across listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Support differentiated instruction and adapt materials for EL students.
• Monitor student progress and maintain instructional data with staff.
• Supervise students during transitions and recess as assigned.
