Job summary

PrideNow is seeking an EHS Specialist/Trainer to join our Oak Creek facility. The role combines training, safety audits, and compliance to strengthen a culture of safety across the site.

Responsibilities include hands-on safety training, recordkeeping for audits, and coordinating with operations to reduce injuries. Bilingual Spanish/English required, with strong communication and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of safety-related work experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English with ability to translate information.
• Willingness to learn new safety software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and health training for new hires, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintain electronic and physical training records for audits.
• Ensure training compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Support and administer safety programs including PPE, hazard assessments, and LOTO.
• Facilitate safety committee meetings and GEMBA safety audits.
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards.
• Audit LOTO, PPE, and industrial hazard controls.
• Support return-to-work/light-duty programs.
• Collaborate with operations to reduce injuries and claims.
• Analyze safety data and identify incident trends.
• Communicate safety concerns and recommendations to management and staff.
• Translate safety documents between English and Spanish.
