Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; strong written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of basic computer and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants and develop comprehensive education plans.
• Develop career plans and guide participants toward postsecondary/equivalent programs.
• Maintain progress notes and participant documentation.
• Assist with enrollment in schools and educational programs.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on program progress.
• Collaborate with case managers to implement action plans.
• Help participants complete entitlement applications.
