Job summary

Houston Area Women's Center is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager for Economic Empowerment Services to provide comprehensive, one-on-one coaching focused on overcoming immediate economic barriers and achieving long-term financial independence and safety. The role supports clients through budgeting, resource navigation, and career empowerment in a 100% onsite setting in Houston.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and

Qualifications

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish, read, speak, and write fluently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Texas driver’s license with good driving record; travel to off-site locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to help clients understand financial needs and set goals toward economic empowerment.
• Assess needs and set priorities, connect clients to community resources and internal services.
• Track client outcomes and program performance with accurate documentation and reporting.
• Develop relationships with community organizations to support financial capability and employment readiness.
• Attend required trainings and professional development activities.
