Job summary

Big Blue Marble Academy seeks an Early Childhood Language Teacher to deliver Passport to Language curriculum in Spanish, French or Mandarin and English. You will use workbooks, songs, drama and games to create a positive, engaging classroom across centers.

Travel between centers may be required weekly to deliver language enrichment. Training and materials are provided; the role offers competitive wages, flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDA, AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage students using Passport to Language curriculum with workbooks, songs, drama and games.
• Create a positive, fun learning environment using provided materials.
• May travel between centers weekly to deliver language enrichment.
• Communicate clearly with children, directors, peers and parents.
• Create written communications to parents as directed by Curriculum Director.
