Job summary

Young Interventions, Inc. seeks a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Early Intervention Specialist to cover Northern San Diego County (Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Oceanside and surrounding areas).

The role offers part-time or full-time options with 20+ client hours per week and travel between sessions. Required: Bachelor's in Child Development or related field, Spanish fluency, 1 year of experience with 0-5 children, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for home-based sites within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
Fluent in Spanish (read and speak).
Minimum 1 year of experience with children ages 0-5.
Experience working with Children with Special Needs is preferred.
Spanish fluency required for this opening.

Responsibilities

Provide home-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers and coaching to families.
Travel to various home-based sites within the 30 mile radius across North San Diego County.
Balance in-person sessions with virtual visits as needed based on client/family circumstances.
