Job summary

DDRC is seeking a full-time Bilingual Service Coordinator to provide resource coordination for children birth-3. This remote role includes occasional site travel to Jefferson County, Colorado, with a 4-day work week and no Friday work.

The coordinator will lead IFSP meetings, guide families through the Early Intervention process, and ensure timely, family-centered services while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of case management experience if no degree.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EI services from eligibility through transition.
• Lead IFSP meetings and ensure timely service delivery.
• Support families, interpret when needed, and maintain documentation.
