Qualifications

• CDA or comparable credential with infant/toddler focus.
• Six months of experience in an infant/toddler classroom.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Oregon driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a warm, safe, stimulating learning environment for infants and toddlers.
• Bridge home and classroom by engaging families and conducting weekly home visits.
• Incorporate developmentally appropriate learning and early intervention activities.
• Support families with child development information and access to resources.
