Qualifications

• Home-Based CDA or comparable credential, or AA in Early Childhood with 20 ECE credits.
• At least 1 year of experience in social services, including infant/toddler development and family support.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Oregon driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly home visits to families focusing on child development and family support.
• Identify family strengths and coach parents as the child’s first teachers.
• Provide tools to support early learning in the home and advocacy for families.
• Complete health tracking and developmental screenings and help families access community resources.
