Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AA/BA preferred.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish.
• Related work experience in education or family engagement recommended.
• Word processing skills; familiarity with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support classrooms by following routines and schedules; assist with activities and behavior.
• Prepare classroom supplies, attendance, and art activities; ensure cleanliness.
• Supervise kitchen tasks, order supplies, and assist with snack prep.
• Attend department and all-staff meetings; collaborate with educators and therapists.
• Assist with parent coaching, group activities, and direct child support as needed.
