Job description

PurposeWe are seeking to hire someone with proven effectiveness in working with parents and families from a range of cultural backgrounds and a demonstrated commitment to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion to fill the role of a Bilingual Teaching Assistant. This is a temporary, full-time position for a minimum of six months to provide coverage for an employee on leave. The anticipated contract period is November 2026 - May 2027, with potential adjustment to the start and/or end dates based on operational needs. There is potential for the temporary assignment to be extended; however, an extension is not guaranteed. This person will develop, coordinate, and implement classroom support as part of early childhood preschool education for enrolled children and support services in both English and Spanish.
