Responsibilities

• Protect children's health and safety and prevent unsupervised time.
• Assist in organized learning aligned with Head Start framework.
• Support implementation of curricula across language, literacy, math, science and more.
• Support screenings and ongoing evaluation of child progress.
• Engage families through parent conferences, visits and activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist with staff development.
