INK in the United States is seeking caregivers for Head Start programs in Alabama. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and employees will obtain a CDA certificate within six months. In mixed EHS/HS classrooms, both CDAs may be required.

A COVID and influenza vaccination policy applies as a condition of employment. Preferred candidates include those with prior early childcare experience and bilingual Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CDA credential is required; may need to obtain CDA within 6 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Protect health and safety of children and ensure no one is left unsupervised.
• Support learning environments and implement prescribed curricula to promote language, literacy, social and emotional development.
