Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking an Early Head Start educator in Alabama to support infants and toddlers in a classroom setting. You will implement developmentally appropriate activities, document progress, and collaborate with families.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and CDA, CPR/First Aid certifications. Two years of related Head Start experience is preferred, with a note that bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CDA certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications must be obtained and maintained.
• Prefer 2 years of related experience in the Early Head Start preschool classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start standards and related regulations.
• Collaborate with families to support child development and learning.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Maintain confidentiality of children, families, and staff.
