Job summary

Growing Home, Inc. is seeking an Early Childhood Success Coach/Parent Educator to deliver the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program through home visits and group activities in Westminster, Colorado. The role emphasizes parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting, and family well-being.

You will conduct screenings, coordinate community resources, and recruit families while maintaining documentation and confidentiality in a hybrid work setting with some evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in community settings.
• Experience with young children and families or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel to families' homes and community events.

Responsibilities

• Provide parent education through regular visits (virtual and in-person).
• Assess family needs and provide guidance and support.
• Conduct required screenings per program guidelines.
• Lead monthly group connection events for families.
• Represent PAT at community events.
• Coordinate services with Growing Home and community programs.
• Recruit initial caseload and engage in recruitment activities.
• Document visits and maintain program records.
• Complete Born to Learn training to earn PAT certification.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
