Job summary

Voices College-Bound Language Academies seeks a Dual Immersion Elementary Educator to create engaging lessons in English and Spanish. You will plan instruction under the leadership team's guidance, supervise student teachers and volunteers, and ensure high-quality learning experiences aligned with our mission.

The ideal candidate holds a CA Multiple Subject credential (or intern) and bilingual authorization; strong organizational skills and collaboration with staff are essential in this 11-month

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CA Credential: Multiple Subject or intern credential required.
• Valid bilingual authorization (BCLAD or equivalent) required.
• Experience in dual-immersion settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish inclusive culture and high expectations for all students.
• Deliver dual-language instruction with fidelity and equity.
• Plan lessons aligned to CA CCSS with language objectives.
• Support social-emotional development and safe classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and document it with data.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and partners to support learners.
