Job summary

Tide Cleaners - Minneapolis is seeking an energetic Dry Cleaning and Laundry Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a production team.

This role requires coordinating dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and laundry, with bilingual English/Spanish training, and managing equipment, quality, safety, and budgets. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in coaching and leadership within a Tide Cleaners environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dry cleaning and laundry operations experience
• Proven track record of leadership and coaching
• Ability to lead pressers, cleaners, attendants and production drivers
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Run plant operations across dry cleaning, wet cleaning, laundry, spotting, finishing, assembly, and quality inspection
• Train and develop the team with onboarding and ongoing training in both English and Spanish
• Build bilingual training resources and standard operating procedures
• Oversee automated equipment and production management software
• Set production targets and monitor pieces per operator hour, turnaround time and labor cost
• Maintain quality control to ensure garments are cleaned, finished, and assembled to standards
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with chemical handling, environmental, and OSHA requirements
• Plan schedules and staffing to meet daily volume, participate in hiring and performance reviews
• Manage labor, supplies, and utilities against budget, oversee inventory and vendor relationships
