Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process bills of lading, manifests, arrival notices, and other shipping documentation.
• Monitor vessel sailing schedules and coordinate with terminal personnel to collect required documents.
• Verify shipment details, cargo information, and billing records for accuracy.
• Maintain shipment data across internal systems and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Communicate with customers, brokers, terminals, and internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation updates.
• Distribute shipping documents to the appropriate parties and help resolve discrepancies.
• Support billing-related tasks, customer reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, review, and process bills of lading, manifests, arrival notices, and other shipping documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication.
• Previous import/export, shipping, terminal, or logistics experience is highly preferred.
