Job summary

Focus: HOPE is seeking a Distribution Technician to assist with unloading/loading trucks, moving stock, and preparing food boxes in the Food Center. The role requires bilingual English/Arabic communication and basic computer skills, with attention to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities include opening boxes, stocking areas, and assisting with senior meal prep. A non-exempt, full-time position offering benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic required.
• Experience with general warehouse duties a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and boxcars.
• Open food boxes using box cutters.
• Move stock from storage to distribution area.
• Stock distribution area as needed.
• Pack food boxes at checkout.
• Assemble prepackaged boxes for seniors.
• Assist in maintaining buildings and grounds.
