Job summary

HF Foods Group is seeking a warehouse associate to fulfill customer orders and keep storage areas organized. The role requires operating an electric pallet jack and adhering to safety policies. Bilingual Mandarin is a plus for communication with suppliers and team members.

The position emphasizes physical activity, order accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training and safety guidelines will be provided, with a focus on efficient order fulfillment and workplace

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills. Drug Screening will be REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Active, physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack
• Organizing and palletizing products to build customer orders
• Warp pallet after palletizing products
• Keep the location areas and staging areas organized
• Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
• Communicate warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager
• Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures
• Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
• Other duties as assigned by management
