Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Food Services Department and Food Services Supervisor to ensure food services are implemented properly.
• Serve as Food Services Supervisor in the supervisor's absence.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in all work and food service areas to meet licensing standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
• Weigh and measure ingredients to produce standard food portions.
• Maintain knowledge of materials and equipment used in food preparation.
• Follow Compass Connections safety protocols, including emergency evacuations when needed.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards and dress code.
