Partners Professional in Signal Hill, CA is seeking an Operations & Dispatch Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics operations on a full‑time, onsite basis. You will coordinate dispatch, scheduling, and communications with drivers, customers, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring deliveries and equipment utilization, maintaining records and reports, and assisting with routing and process improvements to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or coordination in transportation/logistics preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and general computer systems.
• Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am-4pm | Full-Time | 100% Onsite
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour DOE
