Job summary

Medavie, a national health solutions partner, is hiring a Bilingual Case Management Coordinator to support disability claims setup and ongoing file maintenance. Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum six months experience in an administrative role, health care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable being on the phone.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to complete financial calculations using provided tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Set up new applications accurately and follow up to obtain missing information.
• Handle administrative duties including invoice payments and information requests follow-ups.
• Complete steps of documented processes for new claims, closures, and CPP/QPP applications.
• Respond to client inquiries related to disability, including 30 calls per day and written.
• Input data into claims management and payment systems.
• Manage financial responsibilities related to income replacement benefits.
• Prepare letters and templates, proofreading for errors.
