Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Senior Disability Representative - Bilingual/French to manage complex disability claims, review medical documentation, and coordinate referrals. The role requires strong analytical skills, ERISA knowledge, and the ability to negotiate return-to-work arrangements with/without accommodations.

A 3+ year background in disability case management and bilingual French proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in benefits or disability case/claims management.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent claim determinations and approves complex disability claims.
• Reviews complex medical information to determine disability status per plan.
• Manages comorbidities, concurrent plans, and ADA accommodations.
• Determines benefits due and processes timely payments/adjustments.
• Communicates with claimants and providers regarding process and status.
