Cornerstone First Mortgage's Miami branch is seeking a Director of Mortgage Operations to own everything from completed application to closing: processing, underwriting coordination, closing, compliance, and the team that does that work. You will ensure loans fund on time, clean, with happy borrowers and realtors, while guiding workflow and team structure.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience leading mortgage operations for a branch.
• Ability to design workflows and team structures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mortgage ops from application to closing.
• Lead processing, underwriting coordination, closing, and compliance.
• Set workflows, roles, reporting and standards for the branch.
