At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking compassionate bilingual Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) fluent in English and Spanish to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Chester County, PA. You will assist with daily living activities, accompany to community activities, coordinate with families and care teams, and maintain documentation.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with language needs based on client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required or preferred.
• DSP, caregiver, direct care, home care, or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Must be able to complete background checks and onboarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Support independence and help clients achieve personal goals.
• Assist with community activities, appointments, and social engagement.
• Provide transportation or accompany individuals to activities as required.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, caregivers, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and activities.
• Follow individualized support plans and agency policies.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
