This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with language requirements based on client needs.

DSPs will assist with daily living, promote independence, and help individuals participate in community activities while maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred/required based on client needs.

• Reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Support individuals in developing independence and achieving personal goals.
• Assist with community activities, appointments, and social engagement.
• Provide transportation or accompany individuals to community activities when required.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, caregivers, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and activities.
• Follow individualized support plans and agency policies.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
