Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency in Chester County, PA, is seeking compassionate bilingual Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish required or bilingual proficiency.
Experience as DSP, caregiver, direct care, home care, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
Support individuals in developing independence and achieving personal goals.
Assist with community activities, appointments, and social engagement.
Provide transportation or accompany individuals to community activities when required.
Communicate effectively with individuals, families, caregivers, and the care team.
Maintain accurate documentation of services and activities.
Follow individualized support plans and agency policies.
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
