Job summary

The HealthCare Connection, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Bilingual Dental Patient Service Specialist to welcome patients, register them at the front desk, and verify insurance information. In this fast-paced role, you will collect payments, schedule appointments, and assist with forms while collaborating with the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with EHR systems; NextGen experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resume must be attached to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients upon arrival
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information
• Collect payments and co-pays for services
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork
• Work with the Finance department regarding patient balances
• Support administrative and reporting tasks as needed
