Qualifications

• 3+ years dental office management experience.
• 5+ years working in a dental office.
• 5+ years experience in dental billing.
• 2+ years experience in a Medicaid practice.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Point person for the entire office and lead front desk staff.
• Perform front desk duties: phones, scheduling, treatment plan presentation, and billing tasks.
• Verify insurance and bill Medicaid/CHIP/PPO plans; submit claims. Retrieve EOBs.
• Submit dental claims to insurances by various channels (online, mail, fax).
• Review EOBs to ensure payments are correct and timely; manage aging reports.
