Job summary

Luma Dentistry Hoover is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in Hoover, AL. This full-time role supports four-handed dentistry, radiographs, and digital imaging while providing patient-centered care in a welcoming, family-oriented practice.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, are fluent in Spanish preferred, and communicate well within a collaborative team. This position offers growth opportunities within a well-established practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Experience with 4-handed dentistry.
• Knowledge of Dentrix.
• Experience with digital scanning.
• Comfortable taking radiographs/X-rays.
• Periodontal or oral surgery experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
