Job summary

Luma Dentistry in Montevallo, AL, is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to join a patient-focused team. You will assist the dentist during procedures, take radiographs, and help prepare and sterilize instruments in a clean, organized clinic.

We value reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about high-quality dental care. 1+ year experience is preferred; Dentrix experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience is required.
• Experience taking radiographs is required.
• Experience with crowns, implants, and root canals is a plus.
• Reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures.
• Take and process X-rays.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories.
• Support procedures including crowns, implants, and root canals.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and ensure efficient patient flow.

• Fridays: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
