Job summary

Luma Dentistry Hoover is seeking a bilingual Dental Assistant (Spanish-speaking preferred) to join our team in Hoover, AL. The role supports 4-handed dentistry and radiographs, with a focus on patient care and a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and a positive attitude. The schedule is Monday through Thursday 7:45 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 6:45 AM–2:00 PM, with occasional extended hours for patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Experience with 4-handed dentistry is required.
• Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred.
• Experience with digital scanning is preferred.
• Comfortable taking radiographs/X-rays is required.
• Periodontal or oral surgery experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
