Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipping progress, payments, and transactions.
• Create and manage domestic, import, and intercompany purchase orders.
• Prepare and process telegraphic transfer (T/T) requests and verify documents.
• Respond to inquiries from stores, vendors, and distribution centers to ensure timely payments and issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
