Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit import entry documentation - including commercial invoices, packing lists, in-bonds, and FTZ records to ensure accuracy and CBP compliance.
• Classify products and support HTS determination by verifying shipment details and applying proper regulatory requirements.
• Enter and audit shipment data within customs brokerage and logistics systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Process in bond transactions, FTZ activity reports, and weekly entry summaries in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations.
