Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Customer Service Representative I – Bilingual (Spanish) to provide routine support across inbound and outbound calls, email, web chat, and back-office tasks for federal program customers.

You will handle transaction processing, document interactions, resolve processing issues, and ensure SLA compliance while communicating in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of call center experience.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• US citizenship and ability to pass federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine inbound and outbound calls, email, and web chat support with courteous, accurate service.
• Perform back-office support to assist customer service operations.
• Process origination and disbursement transactions or assist customers in submitting them.
• Assist with award origination and disbursement processing and issue resolution.
• Log and update cases documenting customer interactions across channels.
• Ensure all actions comply with program guidelines and SLAs.
