Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in California. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service while working on-site in a full-time role. Training and tools will support your growth.

Responsibilities include handling orders, answering questions about products and shipping, and guiding customers through online ordering. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is required, with strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in speaking and writing.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, training provided.

Pay from $30 to $35 per hour with significant growth and earning potential! Includes $4 Shift Differential California Branch 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762 Fast, friendly and customer focused. As a Uline Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. Full-Time Hours: Friday - Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM Training Hours - Days: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately 6 - 7 months)

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
