Job summary

Uline, a family‑owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Ontario, CA. Pay from $30 to $35 per hour with a $4 shift differential; full‑time hours Friday–Tuesday, 9 PM–5:30 AM.

You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service using our world‑class technology.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency (written and spoken).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Strong listening and customer service abilities.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, make product recommendations, and handle inquiries using company tech.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand needs and propose Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
