Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, outbound calling, telemarketing, sales support, or customer outreach preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations with new customers.
• Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls while maintaining service quality.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfortable using computers, customer databases, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability to work afternoon/evening hours and Saturdays.

Aufgaben

• Conduct high-volume outbound customer outreach, targeting approximately 100-150 calls per day.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Introduce company products, services, promotions, and new offerings through engaging conversations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Follow up with customers to encourage engagement, strengthen relationships, and identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call activity, and follow-up notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and resolve concerns.
• Meet established outreach, engagement, and customer service performance goals.
• Represent The Kommissary with professionalism, warmth, and a customer-first approach.
