Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members and providers.
• Input data and document communications.
• Use a computerized system to track calls, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Develop rapport with callers and educate on program benefits.
• Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated items.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics and attendance standards.
