MedBlue, an affordable healthcare membership company based in Miami, is seeking dependable bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English & Spanish) for fully remote work. You will support members, agents, brokers, and providers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and explaining membership benefits.

Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus. We require native-level English and fluent Spanish, with a warm, patient phone manner, strong organization, and exclusive shift availability.

Qualifications

• Native-level English and fluent Spanish with strong written and spoken skills.
• Ability to conduct complete customer conversations in either language.
• Professional phone manner with a warm, patient approach.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Reliable attendance and exclusive availability during assigned shift.
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Explain membership benefits, pricing, and plan details; clarify that MedBlue is a healthcare membership, not insurance.
• Assist members with provider search, appointments, and virtual care access.
• Coordinate with agents, brokers, and providers; resolve registration and enrollment issues.
• Walk customers through the MedBlue web app; troubleshoot and document interactions.
• Maintain accurate records and protect customer privacy.
