Job summary

TransConnect Services is seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish) in the Memphis area. You will handle inbound calls and emails, help customers with information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner.

The role starts at $17.40 per hour, with weekend and evening shift premiums. Training occurs onsite and shifts to a hybrid work model; local candidates preferred in the greater Memphis area.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma.
• Office environment, customer service, or transportation industry experience.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and product functionality in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and elevate priority issues. Route calls to appropriate resource, if needed.
• Set up and assist new accounts in the internal system, ensuring correct discounts are in place, and creating hard copy file accounts with all relevant information.
