Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Customer service experience preferred.

• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and update customer information and order details in the company system.
• Assist customers with product questions, order status, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns and work with internal teams to find solutions.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure orders are handled correctly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Help build positive, long-term relationships with customers through reliable and responsive service.
